About Hill House Senior Living - Arlington, TX

The Hill House is a twenty-four (24) unit efficiency (studio) apartment complex resembling a large, private cape cod styled residential home located in Arlington Texas. Its features and services are planned to allow residents to provide for themselves, implement their own life-style while avoiding the burden of meal preparation and maid and laundry duties. By the very nature of the building’s arrangement and services, social interaction is promoted without infringing upon their privacy and freedom of choices.

Standard sized units provide a choice of tub or shower options with multiple grab bars to ensure resident safety. The larger unit(s) offers more storage space and double wardrobe closets and can accommodate a married couple or two relatives. All units have a kitchenette which feature a sink, refrigerator, and stove with front controls. Two large corner windows in each unit provide great natural lighting and outside views. Each unit also has its own separate thermostat to control both heat and air conditioning and is pre-wired for cable and an emergency call system.

Common areas include the foyer, which provides ample space for residents to meet and greet family and friends, and a formal dining room, large enough for church services, meetings, and parties. The unique placement of four lounges clustered by six apartments, allows the residents to “extend” the actual living space of their individual apartments and provide ample room for socializing and interaction with other residents and invited guests.
