A wonderful home for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer's

After interviewing and visiting Memory Care Facilities, our family found that the Barton House was the perfect place for our Aunt, Georgia Evans, to live. Barton House is designed to ensure her safety and at the same time let her have freedom to walk, enjoy activities with other residence.

Caring for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer's is both stressful and challenging. We have found that the caregivers at Barton House take a special interest in all their residence.

We have found we have peace of mind and heart knowing she is happy and the most important thing, loved by everyone working at Barton House.

Friendly, helpful staff!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Barton House! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've just really been a huge help throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to make sure my loved one got settled in and comfortable quickly. Every time we visit her room is clean and her bed is made, and she has been up and around and looking nice. It's been a very positive experience overall!

Excellent staff!! Everyone is very understanding and caring. The building is beautiful and everything is designed for memory care needs. Wonderful community!

Had a few issues here

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice enough looking place, however we weren't impressed with how they run things here. The biggest example, which was a deal breaker, was that none of the rooms had locks on the doors, and we wanted our loved one to have some degree of privacy.
