Customer Reviews

Dont let the good looks fool you.

The facility is very clean. The staff is good. The Administrator is MONEY HUNGRY.
She says that her staff can care for someone, then realizes that they are not able to because they are not trained to. Then wants more money so that the staff can do the job.
Then the person has to go to another hospice facility to get treated and they put their belongings outside their room and say they don't want them back.
If they could not have taken care of them then why say so and take the money.
When I was there visiting for over 5 hours, they were supposed to come in and drain a bag and change the diaper, they did not.
So don't let the good looks of this place fool you.

Doing Their Best To Make Her Comfortable

My friend is doing very well at this community and her daughter and I am very pleased. She is very cheerful and happy here. They are doing their best to make her comfortable. The community looks great, they keep everything nice and clean. The staff has been great to work with, they treat her just like family. There a few activities. She doesn't eat a lot, but the food she does try is very good. I would just say just make sure this is a right fit for your loved one.
