About Willow Creek AFH 1 - Port Orchard, WA

Willow Creek Adult Family Home is a non-smoking, loving home specializing in Residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We provide care and support to residents who require extra attention and monitoring. Willow Creek is owned and operated by Jeannie Schmid, who is also the on-site caregiver. She and the dedicated staff will take care of all housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and personal hygiene with love and respect. Willow Creek is licensed by the State of Washington, and all staff members have completed the required state training classes. In addition, the staff have completed Dementia and Alzheimer training and Nurse Delegation courses so that they may provide a higher quality of care for you or your loved one.
