We had a very negative experience. The staff was more concerned with following corporate rules than caring for residents. There was no temp control in the units, the room was either cold or too hot depending on where your room was located. Food was bad. My mother died while in the facility and lack of concern on the part of the staff contributed to this outcome. After Mom passed, we did not even see any increased concern for Dad's needs. We moved him out as quickly as possible.
It was the nicest place I have visited.
I toured this community while searching for a place. I liked that it was right near me in town. It was the nicest place I have visited. It smelled really good and had lots of privacy because it was apartment style living.
