On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.
Maywood Acres Healthcare accommodates 98 residents. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehab services, including but not limited to physical, occupational and speech therapies, custodial long-term care, wound care management services and hospice and respite care. Maywood has contracts with most senior and commercial HMOs. We are Medicare and Medi-Cal certified.
We can help you chose a healthcare center and deal with medical, social, emotional and financial concerns throughout your stay with us. Maywood’s Admissions Department will work with your insurance case manager or hospital to facilitate the transition to Maywood.
Our team of licensed nurses strives to provide experienced and compassionate care to each resident. We want to make your stay as comfortable and positive as possible. We are familiar with the various support groups and community services in our area and can assist in identifying those that can help you and your loved one.
