Thank you so much for taking the time to review Killarney Kourt. While we do try to meet everyone's budget, we understand it can be difficult sometimes. If you are a current resident, please feel free to speak with our Executive Director about possibly downsizing to a different apartment; if you are not a resident we'd be more than happy to show you different apartment options. Again, thank you so much for your candid feedback.

Nice staff...needs some TLC

Killarney Kourt has a lot of great things and some not so great. The management team is accommodating and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of your questions. I had a great tour from the manager [Removed] she is as nice as they come. I met with the nurse [Removed] to ask questions about the assistance program, seems very attentive and well educated. I also witnessed them interact with the people who already live there and they were wonderful. It was very busy when I was there, many residents out and about.
I think this place has great bones, but needs some TLC. Could use a good cleaning and some general repairs and paint. The dining room was kind of dark, and the carpets throughout need replacing or cleaning, and the garage was in need of a good cleaning as well. The grounds are smaller but well kept, it is across from many apartment buildings which I didn't like. Overall I think Killarney Kourt is a good choice, but if you are looking for upscale furnishings and all the frills of a gleaming new facility you may be disappointed.

I reside here now. It should not receive 1 star.
The owners do nothing to keep the place up.
The carpets are filthy, painting undone.
Landscaping non existent

Heated parking garage and extra storage available. Clean. Showed us a unit with a hole in the screen. Dishwasher in unit too. Pricing moderate.

We are happy with them so far.

We are happy with them so far. We haven't had complaints about the food, or the other residents, or laundry or anything really so far. I would like to see them be a little more proactive with communication and paperwork, especially when it comes to the visiting doctor. But other than that, we are happy with them.

Look someplace else.

As an 18 month resident, I can honestly say it continues to deteriorate. Nothing gets fixed. The garage we pay for looks like a country dump, discarded furniture, urinated mattress, electronics missing lights and mice. The driveway with potholes big enough for small bodies. The garage entrance with a sink hole. missing outside lights. The difference in Killarney Kourt and Ghetto is the rent.

Kilarney Kourt is a really good option for a senior.

the options available at this center are super. Everyone is pleasant and competent.

Food preparation is good but, of course, the meals are sometimes not the resident's choice or might be something they personally don't like. So, it would be nice to have an alternative such as a chicken breast sandwich.

The store on site is run by the residents and is really nice as are the chair yoga classes.

Activities are abut par with other facilities.

Very nice place, but they h...

Very nice place, but they had a long waiting list and some of the one bedroom apartments had bathtubs. This seems a bit strange for an assisted living facility.
