Works for Us
If you are in Independent Living, value is good, but if you need temporary care, you must procure it for yourself. Charge, if available (and that is a big if) is $30/hr.
Activities Director is too young; they should hire someone in their late 40s or early 50s who has more understanding about what we Seniors like to do.
Maintenance (not rated above) is fast and well done--a big advantage here. When our A/C went out, it was fixed the same day.
Location is good.
Food (not mentioned above) is fairly high in calories and salt. Lots of rice and pasta. Stay away from the stir-frys.
Salad bar good.
The best that we saw
This was our favorite community that we toured, but unfortunately it was a bit too far from family to be an option for us. The staff were very friendly, and appeared very competent. It's a newer community and everything looks great. The apartments themselves are large and spacious, and were less expensive than others that we looked at.
