Customer Reviews

This facility is beautiful and clean. The reason being is they have under 10 patients most of the time. Instead of better care with less patients, the 'care' is next to nothing. They are kept understaffed and are mostly under- educated in their field. The attentive care is next to nothing so use family and friends to watch your loved one if you go here.
Their physical therapy department is great but the nursing end is dangerously lacking. I would never use this facility again until a major overhaul is conducted. We are taking our mother out.

My husband and I live in San Antonio we went to Dallas to visit my sister in law. I was very pleased with the facility & Staff . It was clean and wall kept and lots of staff. I know that they will take good care of her there. Thanks to all the Staff for all the hard work they do...

End of life care

My husband passed away there in April. I assume no one noticed because I was sent a bill for May. The care he received the last month of his life was poor. I have requested a refund of the overpaid balance on the account three times. No response so far.

Outside and inside facility very neat and clean. No Smells! Place in the front to sit outside. Also 2 patios. Gift shop, beauty shop, laundry, meds given to patient by staff. Activities include bingo and can win tickets to purchase items from Gift Shop. Food served from steam table. Looked and smelled very good. Staff was very friendly. Nice area inside to visit. Also has family night once a month - dinner/visitation. Rooms were set up foot to foot, each had a window, roll-in showers in some rooms and these bathrooms were very large. Small closets. Large chests provided. Had cable but you furnish TV. No Phone. Linens changed daily. Baths 3 times a week but resident can request daily. Tile floors. No smells! Large rehab facility. 3 on call doctors. All shifts had the same number of nurses/aides. Did not change at night or on weekends. Chapel. Nice area surrounding facility. 2 hallway separation. Takes medicare/medicaid.

I liked this one a lot. I liked the rooms which were foot to foot beds. Seemed to have a little more space. I was concerned that they don't really do field trips.

From the Community

We are committed to delivering quality care in every facility. Our goal is to help residents maintain the utmost independence, increase their self-worth, and enhance their quality of life by providing meaningful activities, adequate nutrition, and exceptional medical care. With that in mind, let us share how we strive to attain this goal. We developed the Continuous Quality Improvement Program in the early 1990s. This process was accomplished to exemplify the company's strong belief in the prevention of, rather than the retrospective review of issues related to patient care.
