Our postacute care unit is designed for people who have complex medical conditions or are recovering from surgery or illness. Because of our professional staff and high standards of care, we have earned accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Each resident receives ongoing healthcare assessments from our highly trained, caring interdisciplinary team members. To meet the social needs of residents, we offer many recreational activities, including intergenerational programs and special event celebrations. Residents of all faiths also have access to religious services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, most managed care plans and private insurance.
