Carolina Gardens at Conway is an assisted living and memory care community located right off U.S. Route 378, at the intersection of U.S. Route 501 and 378. We are three miles from downtown Conway, South Carolina, near local parks, the historical museum, and shopping. Carolina Gardens is also a short 16 miles from the heart of Myrtle Beach, a favorite spot among our seniors.

Our community has convenient parking for both of our assisted living and memory care buildings. Carolina Gardens is beautifully maintained, with a tree-lined entrance, rose bushes, and azaleas planted around the perimeter of both buildings.
