Customer Reviews

Run the other way

Be afraid, be very afraid of this place
Had a friend placed there (at the recommendation of a friend) what a mistake
I feel she was accepted just to “fill a bed”
Took her out of there within 3 hours of being placed
930 pm at night walked in and out of front doors with no one around.
I wish the agencies would more closely monitor these places
In my opinion this place shouldn’t be allowed to remain open

If you absolutely hate your loved one, this is the place to send them. Absolutely the most horrifying environment for an elderly individual to spend his/remaining years. Unclean, inexperienced staff, and unprofessionally managed.

Please do not put your loved on in Autumn Ridge. The dining room was dirty and the placed smelled like urine.

The aides there did not answer the call bells I was there for and hour and hour and they just stood around talking

Old dim rooms. Floors were dirty and there was a strong smell of urine. Many residents were asleep in main room.
Dining in this facility matched the rest of the facility, shabby, not a good dining experience.

Staff did not look professional. I would not recommend.

The dining area still had dirty tables after breakfast. Smell of urine as I entered the building. Most bathrooms are shared between rooms. Just starting to convert bathrooms to privates when funding is available. Met family member of resident upon entering building and was told happy with
