Please do not put your loved on in Autumn Ridge. The dining room was dirty and the placed smelled like urine.

The aides there did not answer the call bells I was there for and hour and hour and they just stood around talking

Not The Right Place

I had a tour at this community years ago. I was looking for assistance for my dad after his stroke. They were okay and they did a nice job. I didn't get impressed and it seemed like he would just be placed in front of a T.V.

Old dim rooms. Floors were dirty and there was a strong smell of urine. Many residents were asleep in main room.
Dining in this facility matched the rest of the facility, shabby,not a good dining experience.

Staff did not look professional. I would not recommend.

The dining area still had dirty tables after breakfast. Smell of urine as I entered the building. Most bathrooms are shared between rooms. Just starting to convert bathrooms to privates when funding is available. Met family member of resident upon entering building and was told happy with
