About The Meadows - Visalia, CA
Enjoy a cottage-style apartment in a park-like setting. The Meadows apartments were built in 1974 and are set on five acres with vast lawns, large community patios, a community room for resident activities, and an on-site laundry facility. We are a senior community with an age requirement of 62 years and older.
The Meadows has 58 one-bedroom units, 30 jr. bedroom units, and 11 studio apartments. Each unit has a refrigerator and gas-range in the kitchen. Apartments also have pull cords in case of emergencies. We have residents on call after hours to assist with calling family or emergency response teams in the event a resident is unable to do so for him/herself.
The Meadows enjoys a full-time maintenance staff and social service coordinator who will assist residents in obtaining services needed to help them remain in their home.
