Wonderful place for Mom
This very well may be the friendliest place on earth. All the staff from the directors to the front desk are courteous and address concerns respectfully and promptly. This is by far the best place I could have possibly found for my mother. Keep up the good works Saint Anne's!
This is by far the friendliest place on earth! This is the happiest I have ever seen my grandmother, and I could not imagine better place for her to spend the rest of her days. The staff here is simply amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure their residents are happy. The Directors are very responsive and will address any concern promptly and compassionately. I am blessed to have found such a place for my grandmother.
I can't explain how disappointed I am in this place, and as the child of a resident, I will be doing what I can to help her find a more suitable home, Although most of the staff is caring and wonderful, the management team is [Removed]
After suffering a devastating accident, my mother ended up in a trauma center and later, stayed with me. Although many of the staff members inquired about her welfare, in addition to the residents, not one member of the management team called her or any family member to ask about her. Even worse, the resident chaplain for the facility never asked about her or called her. I can't imagine wanting her to remain there after this. The compassion and caring is sorely lacking!
Saint Anne’s Terrace is a not for profit community committed to providing residential housing and services in the Buckhead-Atlanta area since 1987. The Terrace is affiliated with Saint Anne’s Episcopal Church, solidly backed by an involved volunteer Board of Directors and staffed by qualified, caring personnel. The Terrace is located on four acre and nestled amongst residential neighborhoods, churches and community organizations, all easily accessed by paths and sidewalks.
Our residents enjoy a small, friendly community staffed with a front desk concierge, full time chauffeur, and a full time activity director. Security lives on the premises and a nursing service is available 24 hours. Residents also take advantage of the community amenities offered: a self-run complete library, a wide variety of exercise classes, computer and internet access, a beauty/barber shop, a convenience store, and nondenominational vespers services every week.
Dining at Saint Anne’s Terrace is an event. The resident social atmosphere merges with elegant white-linen dining overlooking the courtyard for a truly impressive dining experience.
The Terrace provides a range of affordable one and two bedroom apartments with varied floor plans. Each apartment features nine or ten foot ceilings and can be customized to fit the needs of each resident.
The Mission of Saint Anne’s Terrace is to provide excellence in residential housing and services at reasonable cost, enabling older adults to age gracefully while maintaining their independence, dignity and wholeness of life.
