Unable to Breathe due to Tenant Smokers
After several years, this complex has deteriorated in quality of living for the elderly. The staff rent out to smokers that do not enforce the proper controls to have tenants smoke in designated areas. Therefore, tenants smoke from the balcony causing 2nd hand smoke to infiltrate into apts above/around them at all hours of the day and night. This is the greatest health concern that affects quality of living. By law, if the apt complex does not provide a suitable living arrangement, they are breaking the renters rights. I would not recommend bringing your parents here. When you come to visit, it is an extremely uncomfortable stay when you are awaken by offensive 2nd hand smoke. Imagine daily living for your senior's health! After many failed attempts to work with management, we moved our parents out. The cheap rent gives you low quality service. Cancer causing chemicals in the building, dog poop in the elevator, horrible carpet smell, rude management, max of 2 guests at pool, and unwillingness to care for the elderly. Skip this place.
My nice community for care
I like living in this community. the staff has been helpful. this is a clean community with a good environment for care. They have activities but could use more for the residents. I like being able to cook for myself. This is a nice place to call home and I would recommend this community for other families.
River Run is a nice community!
I like living at this community. The staff have been excellent and helpful. The community is clean and well maintained. They send out a monthly flyer showing what activities are offered. My apartment is roomy. This community is affordable and I would recommend taking a look at it.
this was one of the best senor living home but they did not have any space for a dinner set and no storage and I do have my own refrigerator and this mean I would have to sell mine and If I was to move I would have to buy a new one!

They offer Wii bowling.
They offer Wii bowling. They are reasonably priced and they are in a safe neighborhood. There’s lots of outside area to enjoy. They have a pool and dog area and it’s pet friendly community. I gave them the best rating because I really like them.
