They have been terrific.
They have been terrific. They have an RN who comes out. They communicate very well with our community and hospice services. They have been very responsive, and our three day aides in particular, are so good.
They did a very good job during the time that we used them. The caregivers provided everything we expected and we didn't ever run into any issues. We are definitely considering using them again in the future.

the company is owned by a husband/wife team. Wife is lovely...couldn't be more helpful. The .husband, however, is a nightmare. At one point, he actually cursed at me over the phone. Far from professional behavior!
We found the female owner to be warm and quite lovely as were most of the aides they provided. The husband, however, is rude, unprofessional and makes the entire working atmosphere almost unbearable.

Administrator was very helpful. She has been in business for 15 years. They have 3 nurses on staff. She and the nurses build a care giver plan for the care giver based on the meeting with my dad. Her rate is $10/hour for 24/7 care plus room and board. Her rate is negotiable. This person can drive, cook, clean, do meds, and be a constant companion to dad. She will come out to meet us and my dad to understand the situation and recommend a person.

We were very happy with their service...
We were very happy with their services, but my father refused to continue in their care. My niece is helping out whenever my father feels he needs help and with his doctor appointments.

From the moment you call your local Right at Home office, we begin considering you and your loved one's specific needs. On the initial call, we ask questions to form a basic needs assessment.
After the call, we set up an in-home visit with you and the rest of your family – including the family member who may ultimately benefit from our care. This visit allows us to gather even more information, answer questions and let you understand how Right at Home can help.
With Right at Home you will always know what services are being provided to your loved one. After our initial meeting, we develop a Custom Care Plan. This plan is tailored to your loved one's specific needs.
Once you approve the Custom Care Plan, we begin our search for the most appropriate person to implement care. Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: services needed, your loved one's interests and the personalities of both your loved one and the caregiver.
Our caregivers keep extensive notes about the care they provide. Those notes are kept at your loved one's home and are available at any time. Our billing system also provides a detailed description of services and care, so you never receive an invoice that doesn't include a line-item cost of care.
