Kivel Campus of Care has many amenities to offer including a full complement of activities. Our bus takes Assisted Living residents on outings and shopping trips as well as on-campus activities. Additionally, many of the Independent Living activities are available for Assisted Living residents to enjoy, too.For Independent Living, rent is based upon monthly income and computed at 30% of total income. The rent includes utilities - air conditioning, heating, electric, water, sewage, garbage, pest control, maintenance and even basic cable services.
