It is going really well
It is going really well. She is really enjoying the facility, the staff, the other residents there, and the food. She has not been there long, but so far everything is going very well.
From the Office
KindredHearts is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of today’s elderly by offering assisted living in a small, personalized home setting and an integrated approach to health care. Community is integral to the success of KindredHearts. It exists not only within the walls of our assisted living residence, by providing fellowship between residents, families and staff, but beyond our walls, by serving as an eldercare resource to our friends and neighbors. Experience is the cornerstone of the KindredHearts’ commitment to quality. The owners, Dr. Fred Melius and Douglas Hennig, have more than 20 years experience in assisted living and healthcare. Their combined expertise and hands-on involvement in the day-to-day activities is testament to their commitment to excellence. This partnership enhances the quality of healthcare for the residents at KindredHearts. KindredHearts has nurses on staff to regularly meet with our residents to address their health concerns and to coordinate care with their physician. Through these resources, KindredHearts promotes independent living with companionship while enhancing the joy and dignity of life for older adults. KindredHearts offers a beautiful home-like setting for individuals who want the benefit of living in a safe environment and the comfort of knowing that awake staff is available 24-hours a day. By attending to personalized service that meet each individual’s physical and social needs, combined with convenient healthcare coordination, KindredHearts is able to provide peace of mind and advocate for the well-being of each individual.
