Customer Reviews

This place is a DUMP

This place is a dump and it felt like I was walking into a dungeon. It is very dark and gloomy at this property. I walked into one room that they showed me and it was very small with not much room in it. Being here does not give you a warm or friendly feeling at all.

I do not recommend this community.

I am not impressed with this community. They seem understaffed and my loved one does not get along with a few of the caregivers. They do not seem able to watch or give the care needed to the residents. He does not like the food and does not participate in any of the activities. They do not check the residents vitals and they are not able to give insulin. They did some improvements in the assisted living area, however they have not yet done any in the memory care unit.

Very old and dirty.

Dishonest Statements

I was disappointed with broken promises. I was told they do checks every 30 minutes and they would be able to assist with toileting overnight. No one checked on him and by morning time he had wet himself. I told them clearly what I needed. They didn't do what they told me they would do. After one week the nurse told me he needs a higher level care facility.

Water fountains are out of order, needs to be painted, bathroom sink in room I toured was coming off the wall and exposed sheetrock was discolored, overall I am glad my brother will not be living there due to its rundown condition

I was not impressed!

I did not like the outside of this community as it reminded me of an old hotel. When we went inside the staff did not seem to know what was going on, due to this I did not continue with our tour.

Beware enter at your own risk!

I would not send a [Removed] to this community. They are very unprofessional and said that they did not even have a license. They do not provide transportation because they said that there car was broke down. They don;t even have a van. When I came in there were residents standing in the hall yelling for some one. It was horrible it felt like a nursing facility and not a home. I think this whole situation is funny.

Very slow in cleaning room and or patient my husband was admitted to the hospital on a Thursday (and I gave the staff more then adaquate time) by Monday morning when I walked in he was still in street cloths, bed had never been changed and floors hadn't been taken care of. I figured ok short staffed busy etc but come on almost 5 full days, his sister and I would go in to visit and straighten his bed wash face and try and make him comfortable. I came very close to pulling him out and moving to another hospital, but I will be speaking to his dr to see if next time we can go elsewhere. He's transfusion dependent and the convenience for us to HOF and in past have had nothing but praise this time not so much.
