Customer Reviews

Love this place. Would love to put dad here.

God sent

The Staff is careful and helpful of all the needs of their wards. The food is nutritional and mom likes it. Shes very particular. She seems to enjoy the facility. Dementia is hard on everyone. I appreciate the love, time, and patience of all the staff.

To those whom it may concern;

I want to share an experience that I had when my aunt was in assisted living in Bethesda on Turkey Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care (Palm Bay, FL). It’s unfortunate that my aunt was in the facility for three years. She had many things stolen from her; jewelry and money. When I brought this to the directors attention [name removed] (director at the time), she made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. There was no empathy, not even an apology or a suggestion that she would bring it up to the staff. Every time I gave my aunt some spending money, the next day it was gone and sadly, my aunt was being taken advantage of. I live out of state, so whenever I was in town and I left her anything, she’d cry that the workers stole it, and when brought up the director didn’t think it was her problem. I don’t want to mention names, but I received a notice that my aunts rent was short on money less than $1,000. She was struggling because she used up all of that money for medication. I paid out of pocket to cover the rent, but she was falling behind because of the meds and rent. Bethesda responded by sending a notice that warned me, “We must initiate a 45 day notice for you to find other accommodations.” After speaking with the director, she told me bluntly, “we are running a business here.” Me living thousand of miles away and trying to figure out this situation, struggling to get help from management, I found this to be very heartless.

Great Place

My mom has lived at Bethesda on Turkey Creek since May [date removed]. Staff
Is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. My mom loves activities and there are many different things to choose from. They offer activities out of the facility and provide transportation. Mom enjoys the food and the kitchen help
Is very nice. What we really wanted in an assisted living facility is for her to have her own room. We would recommend Bethesda to friends and family

The most notable improvement is the new front entrance. I will call it a “welcoming center”. [Removed] are always smiling and cheerful when I walk in the door.
There is a much more professional and “neat and tidy” atmosphere to the entrance. First impression! The staff has been friendly and professional and accommodating.

Thank you for your effort and support to help make my dad’s transition a smooth one. Thank you all you do.

Very pleasant, friendly people.

Review of Bethesda on Turkey Creek - Palm Bay, FL

I cam to Bethesda in Jan 2017 to take a tour and know this was to be my "home" (forever). Staff has been so helpful in the adjustment I had to make after my husband passed in December. My family and I are so grateful for the staff and others who make this "home".

Review of Bethesda on Turkey Creek - Palm Bay, FL

My Mom moved into Bethesda May 2016. We chose this assisted living because she needed more care. The nursing staff is wonderful! They are always attentive and friendly. They have a variety of social activities and have new ideas that my Mom really enjoys. The dining staff is always helpful and Mom is very satisfied with the food. Business staff is helpful and always ready to answer questions. I would highly recommend Bethesda.

Very good customer service.

Bethesda felt warm and like home.

I felt so welcomed by the staff and resident's. Every single resident I talked to said they loved it here and highly recommended Bethesda. They said that they are well taken care of and that they feel very loved. I had a hard decision to make. We toured many places and all were very beautiful but not 1 building had this feeling of home. Thank you staff and residents at Bethesda for helping me make up my mind. I am happy that I my mom is going to be part of your family.

Dear Mr. White,
A month after your review, the ownership of Bethesda on Turkey Creek hired a new management company called Innovation Senior Management. They have made significant changes to the property, staffing and service delivery. They are receiving very positive feedback on the changes. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience your wife had the property prior to the change in management.

Great

My mom had a good experience with this community. I was able to get clear communicate with them. My mom was getting the right, proper care. We had no issues with the staff or community. I have mentioned them to other people i have talked with. Everything was great.

Nice place, very friendly staff!

They do a great job at Bethesda on Turkey Creek, I'd give them high marks across the board! It's a nice looking place, and all the people are very friendly. I really like that they have a lot of activities, and that they're good about making sure the residents stay engaged. My loved one is a little set in her ways and was somewhat hesitant to participate at first, but they really encouraged her and presented her with different activities until she found some that she likes!

go out of there way to accommodate everybody

At Bethesda on Turkey Creek they go out of there way to accommodate everybody. They have a good thing going there. They aren't just one sized fits all. They help with VA financing, and any other financing. For instance I sold the clients car to get her the room they had saved for me. The price was much better than anything else. The grounds are really nice. You hear birds chirping. It's like an old golf course or park and you have the nice creek. They have residents there in every phase of senior life. There is a golf cart that comes around to take the residents to meals if need to. They have doctors that come by every week that check on the people. They have a full schedule of activities going on. They have special nights like Italian fun and food, etc. The patient is very happy here.
