Customer Reviews

My Mom

Nobody's perfect but the enriching environment is seems the staff is always cheerful and professional. The place is clean and void of any unpleasant odors experienced at similar is not fancy if you are looking for that as a primary factor to place your loved one!....the communications I have with them provide comfort to me, knowing Mom is safe, gets her meds on time , eats well and receives nurturing guidance ......the staff seem to hone in on Mom's difficulties with patience and understanding.....also, in the past, two dear elderly friends were placed there and the feedback from relatives was very positive!

A very wonderful and caring facility

My Dad is a resident there and he is well cared for and seems very happy. He suffers from dementia and recently broke his hip. This truly is a caring place!

The exterior of the facility needed some work, it had a horrible odor when we stepped on the front step. Patients were sleeping in the entryway which we noticed before the front door was ever opened. There was very little interaction with residents by staff. Several patients were just laying in bed asleep. This is definitely not be a place I would want to live nor a place for my mother.😭
