Customer Reviews

My mom loves Atria. I am concern about the lack of responsiveness and communication by the maintenance manager and executive director.

First of all, my mom loves the residents and staff she comes in contact with at Atria.

But upper management could do a much better job of rectifying problems that should be very easy to fix.

My mom has lived in Atria since [date removed]. She was not given keys to her mailbox. She requested her mailbox keys several times from the front desk personnel and each time was told they would submit a request for her keys. We thought they were requesting the keys from the US Postal service. I didn’t find out until [date removed], by calling the USPS, that Atria owns and manages those mailboxes, and must provide the keys. I called and spoke with the maintenance manager, [name removed], about this on this same day. [Name removed] said he had only been in his position since the previous Monday ([date removed]) and had no extra mailbox keys for any of the new residents. He ordered keys and hoped to have them by [date removed].

I called [name removed] on [date removed]. The mailbox locks/keys still hadn’t come in yet, but they were supposed to come in the next day. [Name removed] said if they don’t come in on the [date removed], he would go to Home Depot and pay for the locks/keys himself, out of his own pocket.

I called [name removed] on [date removed]. The locks/keys still hadn’t come in. He took my phone number and said he would call me when they come in.

I called on [date removed] and asked to speak with [name removed]’s boss, the executive director of Atria, [name removed]. I relayed this entire episode; told her how two important documents had been returned to sender; and asked for her help in getting my mom her mailbox keys. [Name removed] promised me that: “she would address this with [name removed], get results, and call me back.” I have no way of knowing if she addressed this with [name removed]. But she has not gotten results, nor called me back.

I called [name removed] on [date removed]. [Name removed], the receptionist, said [name removed] wasn’t in her office. I told her the entire story. [Name removed] sent message to [name removed] and [name removed]. [Name removed] called me and said mom’s mailbox is ready to use. Her mailbox keys and mail is waiting for her at the front desk.

I thought this issue was thus resolved.

I spoke with my mom on [date removed]. She said she does have her mailbox keys, but her mailbox doesn’t have a lock in it – just a hole where the lock should be. I called and asked for [name removed]. [Name removed], the receptionist, said [name removed] was with someone in her office. [Name removed] said she would pass on my message to [name removed].

I’ve since called for [name removed] on [date removed] and [date removed], leaving messages on her voicemail. [Name removed] has never called me back. And my mom still does not have a lock on her mailbox.

I want to stress that these failures in responsiveness and communication are solely those of the maintenance manager, [name removed], and executive director, [name removed]. Everyone else at Atria has been so kind, helpful, caring and responsive to my mom. And my mom loves living there.

No one knows how personnel at these facilities will respond until an issue or problem arises. This episode does cause me concern, especially if a more serious problem were to occur.

Be careful what you wish for

We were impressed with the physical facility on our tour. It is a beautiful facility, however, there is something to be desired from the management and some staff. Once Mom was moved in, we realized that certain services promised were not being performed until I begged. Excuses of short staffing, people on vacation, staff turn-over were given. The situation did not improve much over time. It was not made clear while signing a contract that many basic services came with extra fees and charges - over and above the substantial rent amount. If you are considering this facility for a loved one, be sure to get clear information from the marketing and contract administrators before signing anything.

My mom, and I, love Atria

I just visited my mom at Atria for the first time since she moved in. I am so happy she chose Atria. Atria is so appealing, clean, safe, and welcoming. My mom's studio apartment is perfect. It's clean, has everything she needs, and very comfortable. It's even nicer than she described (which was very nice). She enjoys her choices for meals. Everyone (staff and residents) are so friendly and helpful. They have several nice outings and activities. I would be happy moving into Atria myself.

This place was really really nice! Only thing missing was assisted living options which is what I we need.

A place to bloom

My Mother lived happily in the Memory Care unit at Altria Vista del Rio for three and 1/2 years. She arrived from Chicago and was wrlcomed by sraff and residencys alike.
In her previous residence she had felt overwhelmed. In her new lovely rooms with varied activities she regained her confidence.
At 94 she was encouraged by the wonderful art therapist to try painting and amazed herself and her family by creating beautiful paintings. She loved giving original works of art to friends and family.
The staff recognized ways to challenge and motivate her and She responded. At 96 eight months after surgery and PT she said she wanted to walk again. [Name removed], the unit Director had her re-evuated and was part of the team that listened, supported and encouraged her progress.
Her care givers were loving and caring, making sure her needs were met and exceeded. Her sense of style was encouraged and even given new life. My brother and I cannot say enough positive things about the care and love given to my beloved mother.

Nancy, It has been our pleasure to serve your mother, along with all of our residents. Thank you for sharing your kind words. We will be sure to share your compliments with our team.

This facility was good at first, but the management was switched and it has been declining since then. The care is not coordinated and I feel like they rely on me, rather than them being the experts.

Apartment-looking facility. Attractive mission style decor. Too large.Busy place.

[names removed] were great and informative and genuinely engage with the residents. Beautiful grounds, rooms have an open plan, plenty of storage. No rooms available in memory care at this point.

Community of Positivity

I have been around Atria for several years with many loved ones here. Some related and some gained from spending time in the community. Currently, my grandmother lives in the memory care. There are many good things to be said about this community. I have never been in a community that was as warm and inviting as this one. The moment you come in contact with staff they are so happy that you are there and go the extra mile to make sure all needs are met. The team of directors put their heart and soul into their work and it shows. Staff is well-trained and highly attentive. Activity programs are strong and interesting. They have your classic staples of Bingo, scenic rides, and happy hours. However, they have so much variety outside of the staples and their happy hours are beyond others I have seen. They are upbeat and residents are singing and dancing! They also put on big events for several holidays throughout the year that are complete with great live music, dance floor, food, and drink! If you are looking for independent, assisted, or memory care living --- Atria is worth at least coming to tour to see for yourself. Attend an event. Talk to current residents. See for yourself why Atria is the positive community!

Disappointed with recent changes

Dad’s been here for about a year. It’s really gone downhill. I think they are having severe staffing issues. The food is terrible, the medication room is left standing open, and Atria’s response is to inform family members that our access is going to be restricted. I’m all for security but stop blaming the recent theft problems on legitimate family member access.

Nice and helpful

While looking at other locations for my love one I thought that this place is really nice and their staff team is really helpful. I was very happy with my first initial visit to tour around their facility. When it comes down to it, the only reason why we went with another property was because the location was more convenient. However, I know that they are capable of caring for their residents. I would still recommend them to families in that area.

I loved Atria Vista. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The residents were all about the facility mingling and spoke to us unscripted about their lives there. Not to mention my friend is a hairdresser there and she spoke highly of the facility too. Rent prices vary from 2580-3455 per month. 2nd resident fee of 850. Dining, exercise, recreation, transportation, 24 hr call service, utilities are all included. Assisted living services are added to the rental price in various levels of care. Medication management can be provided beginning at 400 per month for 2 medication passes per day.

I LOVE this place!

I loved this place, it was my first choice when I was looking for a place for my dad to go. Even though it was a bit more expensive, I was going to have my dad live here but at the time, I was told that my dad would need more medical care than they could give. I love the facility – it’s clean, bright, people were all around having fun while I was touring, and I think for someone that’s able to get around and do lots of things, it would be a really fun place. They have BBQs out on the patio and tons of activities. They even said they would be able to help my dad get to and from the dining room even though he was in a wheelchair. They were pricey, and wanted to charge more just to help distribute his medicine. I understood why, because he would’ve needed more medical attention. But that didn’t bother me, I just really loved it here.

They Fit All Our Needs

My mom is doing pretty good and I think the care is excellent. The upkeep and cleanliness is okay and thought they would be more frequent with the cleaning since she has a pet.
She is eating 3 meals a day and she likes what she eats. My brother has ate with her and he says the meals are good. A lot of activities are offered and they have extra amenities. She went to the beauty salon and she likes the ice cream parlor.

Great care for dad

We like the care here for my father's care. The staff is helpful and they keep the family informed of any changes. The menu is appealing and he seems to be pleased with what is offered. The activities are offered to him to stay active with the other residences. The is a nice atmosphere for good care. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and options that are available to others

Our Good Pick

The community has been working out fine for us. We have no issues with anything and it has been a good experience for us being here.

Mom's New Home

The care at this community is wonderful. The staff is careing. We community is clean and maintained. The menu is appealing and she seems to be pleased with the menu. They do offer her alot of activiites and we are hoping that she will want to participate soon. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for other families.

What happened to the 'excellent' chef

My dad is living here now and we have started taking him food to eat since he does not like the food there. He complains that the soups are watered down and the service is awful. We were told they had an excellent cook when we were looking for assisted living places. As the months pass the food has gotten worse. I think their 'excellent' cook must have left. Not sure why the food is so tasteless. He has complained about almost every meal served there, but of course he is coming from a place that had a great menu and food WAS very good.
I can't hardly stand the smell when I open his apartment. We have tried to figure out what it is but think it is some chemical they clean the rooms with. It is not an old person / nursing home smell, but something we can't quite figure out.

Really wonderful

The place was so nice and my mother was very happy. All the staffs were helpful and friendly . Very comfortable indeed.

Knowledgeable staff!

This facility is great! Though my loved one has significant health issues, the staff manage her very well. They are very cooperative, knowledgeable and are willing to work with my loved one and give her the care that she needs. The food is wonderful, and there are activities for my loved one to participate in. Overall, I am very happy with this facility!

Not satisfied...

I am not exactly satisfied with my loved one's stay at this Atria location. The quality of this facility is pretty poor. My loved one was denied his inhaler, which I found to be a significant issue. Though activities were promised in this facility, there were virtually none. The quality of the food is also very poor in the memory unit in particular. Overall, the memory unit of this Atria location could use a lot of work.

A great facility

The staff is the best part of Atria. My mom was very upset with having to move from her home, but her dementia was causing her quality of life to be terrible. We expected it would take her many months to feel comfortable, if ever. Within 6 weeks she was feeling at home. A huge credit to the staff!

A good fit!!

The Atria Vista Del Rio has been a good fit for my mother in law so far. The place is clean and the staff has been friendly. It has been a comfortable stay for her.

Outstanding Care

I am really happy with the care that my brother in law is getting from this very nice community. The community is clean and the food is outstanding. The activities are offered to him and he has participated in a few activities. I was not able to get information on his status so that he can stay longer. But overall, we are happy with the care that is given here and we would recommend other families to this family for great care.

Too big!

The Atria Vista Del Rio was a very nice place. It was just farther away from the area I wanted to stay in. Everyone was very friendly but the place was too big. There was too much room for my mother to wonder and get lost. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Best decision!!

My in-laws are so happy with their move to the Atria. They fought me for years not wanting to move, and once they moved in, within 10 days they were loving it. We are happy they are now safe and in a comfortable place. They enjoy being able to have meals and interact with other residents. The food is great too. They have exercise programs, music, and happy hour!

The Family Toured

My brother and son took my mom to the tour. They liked the community but thought it was too big. They have a lot of rooms and have a big facility. i heard it was really nice. They invited us to a few other things at the community afterwards.

A Chance To Move In

My sister did not pass the assessment to move-in to this community, she needed more care. The lady in charge was not there when I toured but I did keep in contact with her. This is a nice place and they know the residents and call them by their name.

I talked to [Removed] [Removed], and my understanding was that they do not have nursing home capability which could be required near end of life. Even though my wife is not near that stage, I am concerned that I would have to find another facility if she required advanced care. As was the case stated by one of the reviewers when their relative's dementia exceeded Atria's capabilities. Therefore, I feel this is not the proper place for her. I did not visit the facility, so my rating is based only on it not meeting my desires for care through end of life.

This was our second choice

The tour experience went very well for us, and we returned several times to try meals and visit with the residents. The guide showed us through out the place and they were able to answer all my questions about the community. Meals were offered to sample and I thought it was very good. This turned out to be our second choice, partly based on its size (larger than the place we picked), the availability of units, and my mom's needs. There are many independent seniors here, who participate in many activities. My mom is elderly and ill; we were concerned it may be overwhelming for her. Overall a great place and a good value for what is provided. Please note their room prices vary, based on location, view etc.

A Community I Would Highly Recommend

My uncle is doing good here at this community. Everything is working out very well. The staff is very considerate and attentive. The director is great. The community looks nice, they do a good job keeping his room and the community very well maintained. There are activities offered for the residents. The food is good, they do accommodate his diet. I know he is receiving good care and he is good hands. I would highly recommend this community.

My Wife Is Doing Well

I am really impressed with my wife's improvement. The community is very nice and seems to be busy. My wife eats well, no complaints, The winner was the activities, the staff eased her into the crowd and activities. The care is good and the atmosphere is very well but the administration needs some improvements and needs to shape up. They did not help me and lack communication techniques. Otherwise, Jo Anne from A Place For Mom did a good job and I appreciate her help.

Amazing Community

Nothing but nice things to say about this community. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me recognize mom need more care, they helped out with finances so living here was affordable for my mother. The food is amazing they have a mini cafe at the end of my mothers floor that has coffee, tea, healthy snacks, and juices. They have this mini cafe available to the residents 24/7. I recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place for their loved one.

Review of Atria Vista Del Rio - Albuquerque, NM

Very nice place very good tour staff and residents seemed very friendly. My father in law liked it and is thinking about where he wants to go. Enjoyed the tour very much

respect and care

It is clean and cheerful. There is no doubt that the people enjoy living there and are well cared for. There is a wonderful respect for privacy and independence, while at the same time providing safety and needed care. We were pleasantly surprised to find a place where we felt so comfortable.

residents had to be self sufficient otherwise it got costly

Atria Vista Del Rio was a good place, but basically the residents had to be self sufficient. Otherwise, it got costly to add more services. Everything was good here, but it just was not a good fit for us. The resident is no longer at this facility due to that.

The way they medicate is very cumbersome

The food is great and the fact that dad is in a safe environment is a five. The fact that he is eating and in a social setting is great. The one thing that we have not figured out is the medicine thing. The way they medicate is very cumbersome. They have to count every pill if he leaves the facility. The lady from A Place for Mom in Albuquerque is wonderful and she helped me tremendously and she followed up with me. Brent Carson is her name.

Great Place

Atria Vista del Rio has been wonderful to work with. They are helpful, friendly and very accomodating. My father is adjusting and enjoying it more all the time.

Better Move-In Process

I just think that for the move in process, it would be nicer if there was someone who managed it; like if somebody new comes then there is one employee who sees them and keeps checking up on the person for a couple weeks.

The staff have been very kind, and helped make the transition to independent living a smooth one. The food is excellent as well.

It has been pretty good

It has been pretty good. My only complaint is that they were going to have someone show my loved one around, but they have not. She is in her room too much. I think she is afraid of getting lost. The facility is pretty big. Other than that, It has been a good experience. The facility is really clean. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I can't rate the care services because she is in independent living.

Extraordinary Care & Organization of Placement

Everyone from the receptionist to the manager and nurse at Atria Vista del Rio has been extraordinary in the care and organization of the placement of our Mom. Their loving-kindness helped Mom through a difficult time of change at the age of 89. We couldn't have accomplished a seamless change without Carol Thornhill and her staff! Our entire family highly recommends Atria Vista del Rio.

A Beautiful Place

A beautiful place. Clean, attractive and welcoming. Aunt loves her studio.

Seems Like A good Place

I toured the facility and it was clean and the kitchen was nice. Not sure if can place mom as they do not handle anger issues with residents, they want a quiet, calm atmosphere.

very pleased, great staff

We really appreciate the staff. Everyone has been very friendly and have gone out of their way to be helpful. It is certainly not cheap (seems a little bit on the steep side in my opinion) but overall I am pleased with Atria Vista Del Rio.

So far they have done good.

So far they have done good. They are clean, and the staff is friendly. Our only concern has been that sometimes when they get busy there has been a delay in calls. The staff and the general atmosphere, is why we chose it. It was also one of the more reasonable places we looked at.

Satisfied with our selection

To date it has been a very positive experience from the move in on. The services have been great as well.

Not a good fit for us

We looked in to this community when we were searching for care options for a loved one. We just didn't get a good feeling from this one. The facility itself was lovely, it was well kept and clean, but it just had a very cold and impersonal feel, there was no sense of community. The layout also made it very confusing to navigate. They were also less than transparent during the sales process, which did not give me a good feeling. It might be a better fit for someone with lower care needs, who wouldn't be thrown off by the confusing layout.

Thank you for touring our community. I am sorry your initial impression was not a warm one. We know how difficult it can be to adjust to new surroundings so we have resident ambassadors to help our newcomers get acclimated to their new home. Visited on a Sunday, and it...

Visited on a Sunday, and it was quiet (to be expected). This is another large facility, but we liked the idea of their buddy/ambassador program where Mom would be paired up with another long term resident to help her transition to her move. The studio apartment in the assisted living area seemed spacious and had great light from the windows. The memory care section was smaller (good); and although we didn't talk in-depth about their program of memory care management, it sounded like they utilize something similar to The Cottages program(caretakers adapt to the reality of the residents and don't try to correct or force real-world reality on the resident with dementia problems). Mom might be able to have her dog with her, and that's appealing. They don't have an assisted living unit available right now, but they do in the memory care unit (studio or in a shared room). They also could temporarily house mom in their ST respite room until an apartment in assisted living opened up.

I was very, very pleased with them.

I was very, very pleased with them. If I ever need respite care again, I will use them. They are pretty comparable to other places around, as far as price. When we brought him here we had the first meal with him, and it was fabulous. The only complaint I have is that the person in charge of the memory care, can be difficult to get in touch with. I would call to check in on him and would get a voice mail, and she would have a med tech call me back. When we got home there was a mix up with medications that they said they sent back and I was still billed for it, and we cannot find out still what happened to the medication. I called her about it and she didn't call back. Other than that, I was very pleased everyone was friendly, the place is lovely and clean. I would definitely go back.

Good for Minimal care needs

My loved one needs more care than they can provide. It’s a good place if a person can do their own thing – another words if a person can dress themselves and wash their hands when they need to, but if they need extra help – they don’t do that.

Not good for someone on oxygen.

They don't do anything when it comes to oxygen. They give you a call bracelet but if you use too much the caregivers treat you like your a hinder. They are consistently under staffed.
Recommend others to research which assisted living assists with oxygen tanks. Too bad residents on continuous flow can't leave their concentrators in their room because they are afraid of running out of back up tank. Mom developed such anxiety. My mom had a 4 ft tank, rheumatoid arthritis, 18 Screws in her back, and is wheel chair bound. She cannot handle those big tanks. In the beginning she was on the small reserve but the med techs thought she needed the bigger tank. The marketing staff is great, but I would not recommend to anyone. My mom is now in a better facility and the staff, no matter if they know you or not stop and talk to you, they are friendly and always ensure the residents they are there to help. The staff considers their residents "family".

Nice place

Overall my experience with Atria Vista Del Rio has been a positive one. It is a nice looking community, the food is very good, and the staff have all been very friendly and personable. They were able to provide everything that my loved one needed.

Would Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this community! For the right person, it's a wonderful place! Out of the 6-8 I looked at, this was one of the nicer places. They have 3 courtyards and 3 fireplaces. Also, as far as the price range, they are right about in the middle, but you get what you pay for and they offered more than others. The maintenence staff seemed to be doing a good job - I didn't see any issues with door handles or anything like that. Also, the restaurant is nice and the food is very good. However, there are a few suggestions I have to help them.

For one, it would be nice if they cleaned the stairwells more often. Being that there are only 2 elevators, guests often take the stairs and they are not very clean. Also, only having 2 elevators for a community this large seems kind of odd to me. I would suggest a 3rd elevator.

Also, I would recommend more sensitivity training for the staff. I feel that my loved one's needs could have been better detected during the assessment. Also, the nurses seemed to be disconnected from the head nurse.

The parking spots could be wider as well. With so many people using walkers and wheelchairs, the parking spots are not wide enough to get in and out of the car easily.

The building has a lot of hallways and turns and is very confusing for those that have memory impairments.

However, we do really wish this would have worked out for my loved one. My loved one's room was spotless, and they had a nice moving service, which was included in the price. It would have been wonderful if my loved one could have stayed here, and I would highly recommend them.

Overall very good

I don't get a chance to visit often myself, but from the feedback I've gotten from family they seem to be doing a great job overall, I'd rate them a 5. One aspect I think they could work on is their process for introducing a new resident to the community. I feel like they could have done a much better job getting my loved one acclimated to the new living situation.

So Far, So Good

Well, we've been pretty pleased so far. My loved one seem to like it. There seems to be events at the community, so that's good. The food could use some improvement, but it sounds like they are going through some staffing changes, so hopefully they will have a new chef soon. The consistency of the staff could use some improvement too, but the staffing changes is part of that as well. Overall, it's been a good fit so far.

Very Pleased!

I LOVE their activities! They have college kids come in and dance with the residents, and it is just so cute! The church service is not really a service, but more of a bible study. Also, the food is being fixed. The old chef is gone, and the food is already getting better! The location was perfect, and in a time crunch, we couldn't have asked for more. Carol, is very persistance, but very personable as well. I didn't feel sold by her, but joined by her. We had a long discussion about needs, and it didn't take me long to make this decision. Aside from a minor communication issue, everything is wonderful!

Very good community

This was a great place, we loved it. They were clean and friendly. The activities weren't enough to draw our loved one out of their room, but we weren't unhappy. The food was pretty ok. Definitely one of the better communities in the area.

Neither Carol Thornhill or ...

Neither Carol Thornhill or Kelly Kenne were available to conduct our tour due to conflicts, Abbey was a great last minute host and did an excellent job. All of my many questions were answered and we had a thorough tour of the facilities. We have been friends with one of the recent residents and Abbey arranged that we were able to seat with our friend during part of the lunch hour. Knowing that a trusted friend of ours is happy at Atria Vista Del Rio is very reassuring about the possibility of our moving there. Atria is located in a very convenient part of the city and I know that we would feel 'at home' there. The only drawback is the lack of two bedroom units. We asked to be placed on a waiting list so that we could visit a two bedroom unit when one becomes available. Although Atria gets 5 out of 5 stars, we have not made any definite decision at this time.

Nice looking place, not exactly what we needed

We toured this location while looking into options for my loved one. It was a nice enough looking place, and the staff were friendly. However, we had a very specific level of care we were interested in, something a step above assisted living but not quite at the skilled nursing level, that was not available here.

Great Early Alzheimer's Care

My mom is in the Life Guidance program so that includes the first level of Alzheimer's care and so far it's been great. What we really liked was that my mom wasn't quite ready for a true Alzheimer's unit.
She needed something in between and she's getting what she needs at Atria. So far we've been very pleased with that. They treat them like they're independent but they're still monitoring them and making sure they do certain things. From that standpoint we're very pleased.

The only thing I would say is on move in I didn't feel like we got the whole story as to what all the costs were going to be. I had a fairly good idea but it would have been nice to know more about that and the move in procedure, which was not explained as well as it should have been.

Too Large

This was our second choice out of all of the places that we visited. It was nice, but it was a little large for us and felt a little less personal.

Bad Experience

My father was badly overdosed. It was caught by the hospital after multiple emergency room visits. The Physician determined that he was being drugged with drugs that he was not prescribed. I would not put my animal in that place.

It was beautiful on the outside. Maybe they just had disgruntled employees. I'm not sure what happened. I left that all in the hands of the state of New Mexico.

It is the policy of our community that residents will not be given any medications that have not been prescribed by the individual’s physician. We recently received the results from a complaint filed with the state, which found no fault on the part of our community. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our residents, and we always take any issues very seriously. If you would like to discuss this with us further, please email [removed] and include the Atria community name in your subject line.

A friendly, relaxed and supportive community

I appreciated and was impressed by the high level of professionalism balanced with an informality and friendliness that put me and my mother immediately at ease. Everyone from the sales agent to the community director were patient, accessible and very responsive to questions and requests. I consistently felt that I was being heard and my priorities understood. My mother has said many times how friendly and helpful all the staff have been--and this is 2 months post-move in. In other words the smiles have lasted far beyond the sales pitch. I would recommend Atria Vista del Rio to any caregiver looking for an assisted living community.

Carol is AMAZING! I really liked the facility and she explained everything in detail. They do have a couple of options for her room size and it is one of the top places we are going to consider.

Nine Different Patio Gardens

It was very nice. It was very much like where she's staying now. The only thing that she liked better there is their layout of the building was such that they didn't have as many floors. My mom does not like being on anything but the ground floor . The had 9 different patio gardens and each one had a different theme. One was a rose garden, one was a garden that everyone planted in, one was a Mexican fiesta kind of thing, and one was where they had all of their cook outs. She really like that - that it had such variety.

Wonderful experience!

We have only positive feedback for Atria Vista del Rio-- what a wonderful experience. Professionalism, beauty of the grounds, lovely dining, compassionate staff -- the very best.

Carol was super. The meal was nice but overall not great. Has a lot to offer but the atmosphere was not as open and bright as the other residence. Also, the transportation was not as amenable as the other residence.
