Customer Reviews

Excellent in all aspects for independent living. Impressive staff and services. In house presence of another company that provides assisted living services may be useful and allow us to use our long term care insurance. I could find nothing to criticize. Though more expensive than some other places it appears to be a value in light of all the services, opportunities, and its ambiance. The staff we met were caring and I sensed sincere in there desire to help and serve. Apartment sizes are comfortable but will require significant down sizing of our current household furniture and other possessions.

Very expensive and overly pretentious. I do not see my mom fitting in here.

Very disappointing!

When I toured the Atria, it was not a good experience. They never introduced us to any of the residents and never showed us the apartments. By their behavior, we got the message loud and clear that they did not want us there.

Way above average!!

This community is very clean and well maintained. There are always fresh flowers. They offer lectures on various topics and if you tried to participate in the daily activities you would be exhausted. The residents at this community are from very diverse backgrounds and there is a lot of laughter in the community. The staff are extremely anxious to accommodate. They have a high level of vetting for the employees so the encounters with the staff are above average. The staff are cheerful. The food is superior and they are very accommodating. There is a diverse menu as well as you can order items not on the menu.

I Have Enjoyed It

I have not been here long enough to have any real complaints about the place. Everything they are suppose to do is fine. The meals are good, the staff is very friendly and the residents are very friendly too and I have enjoyed it.

Enjoy a carefree retirement

Atria is a lovely facility in a nice neighborhood, and both residents and staff are very friendly. New residents are given an "ambassador," another resident, to help them become oriented to their new surroundings and to recommend activities that hey might enjoy. Mine has been a delight and very helpful. It's fairly expensive, but has a lot to offer. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy an independent, carefree retirement,

This is a lovely facility with all the bells and whistles, if you can afford them.

Long Wait List

It would have been OK. I really believe that when I saw the people there, they were more stuck up. They just weren't friendly to me when I first when in. I didn't see much, I was just on a tour. I do know someone there that is a real nice person, so I'm sure there are nice people there. It was also $500 a month more than what I'm paying now, and they had a large wait list.

Numerous attractive and varied public spaces for both group and solo activity. Attractive and varied apartment designs, larger ones with views, smaller ones facing a courtyard with fountain. Luncheon menu interesting, service attentive, food OK. On cool-to-warm days, walk along safe sidewalk to Starbucks and shopping center would be a plus. Numerous destinations reached by van service.
