Customer Reviews

Not as new or bright as some of the other communities. They do have a lot of amenities including a swimming pool.Seem to have a lot of activities.

very nice community, lots of activities offered, very clean facilities with much offered. First community my father and I have visited so the bar has been set pretty high

Terrific Place!!

I am very pleased with my choice to move into this community. The gentleman who gave me the tour of this place named [Removed] was absolutely wonderful and ensured me they could work with me. I am loving my new apartment and all of the great amenities that are included with it. Overall its a terrific fit and I would recommend it to anyone.

Warm & Friendly

Ashbridge Manor is a warm friendly place to live. People are friendly . Food is good and management really cares. If you are not spotted in the course of the day they call you at night to make sure you are OK

Plenty of Activities Offered for The Residents

It was a ruff transition for my mother with her move to this community, but now things have gotten better. When I spoke with her yesterday, she told me she was out of her room the whole day. They watched the baseball game, and she met some new people. I like the fact they have plenty of activities available for the residents. I'am very satisfied with her move to this community, and I would recommend it. It is a nice community.

My dad's care .

This is a nice community for good care. The staff was nice and caring, but we need more care for my father and did not realize it till we moved in. The variety of meals is appealing. They do offer activities for him to participate. I would recommend this for care, but I would recommend that families tour the community and ask questions on the care that is offered here for family members.

did nomeet our needs so we did not tour. Wanted a facility that we could mature thru!!

The Price Was Not A Good Fit

From what I saw on my tour I thought the community had a real nice apartment. I got to meet with people who were nice. When talking about the numbers this community was expensive.

Beautiful place, looks like lots of activities offered, lovely courtyard area, I like the fact that nursing/support services are offered on-site down to 15-minute increments. This community may be a possibility for my Mom, it's just a little far away from my home. Thanks to [Removed] for a very personalized tour and compassionate manner.

A Pool Is Here

We had a good tour with this community. One thing I noticed was the pool but my loved one wouldn't use it. I was impressed with the people I met here. The location was in a convenient location than some other places. I believe it is a converted hotel and it looked very nice.

Friendly, helpful staff

Our experience with Ashbridge Manor has been a very good one! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've really been a big help throughout the whole process of touring and getting my father moved in! The facility is clean and well kept, and it just seems like a very nice place overall!

It has much to recommend it. Pleasant rooms, and common areas. My senior would prefer if meals were a la carte and not included in the rent. Wondering why mandatory (emergency call system) is not included in the monthly rent. Pets allowed - one time fee.

It was a clean place, and the people were nice enough

My loved one was here for a while, but this is independent living, and I think she needed assisted living. We were bringing in outside care, and it was really starting to add up. She wasn't participating, and it just wasn't working out. It was a clean place, and the people were nice enough, it just wasn't what we needed.

Pretty good so far!

It's been a short time, however, so far things have been ok. I had an accident the first week I was here, so it's kept me from doing activities, but it's been fine otherwise as of now.

We found this facility lovely. The staff was pleasant and they have a lot of activities. Providing both breakfast and dinner in the cost was an added bonus. The bed changing and light house keeping will be good for our mother since these things have become difficult for her.

They have done a very good job.

They have done a very good job. They represented themselves to be pretty much exactly what they are. Some of the other places had a few more activities, but they certainly have plenty going on. We haven't had any complaints about the food either.

Wonderful senior apartment living

Recently transitioned my mother here after hip surgery. The peace of mind that comes with a 24 hour staffed front desk is invaluable! The amenities are all a bonus - beautiful courtyard, tons of activities, movies etc. The place was clean, the staff is friendly and my family feels comfortable having our mother living here.
