Customer Reviews

YaYa House review

Very caring care givers always looking out for the patient's best interests. Very responsive in any questions that were asked of them. Clean & neat facility.

Nice and homey

The house is very nice and homey. It is always kept clean and it is comfortable and cozy here. It is a small, close knit community. The staff is so nice and they are attentive and genuinely care about the residents.

Very Clean and friendly..Staff seemed attentive and quick to respond to the needs of the clients…Administrative staff answered all our questions. They take the clients outside every morning and they provide beautiful sun hats for them to wear during tea time. This was our third house to visit and we were very impressed.

Best place ever! Mom is always happy! We visit her often and she is very well taken care of and kept active with her new friends.

Gigi did not show up at our scheduled meeting and did not notify me. The workers gave me a tour but could not provide specific info. Very pleasant home set up. The problem is that it is not locked (only an alarm) and my Mom could wander out. Also, at night there is only a man present. That would make my Mom nervous. Back yard is really nice but there is a step down from the patio that my Mom could fall from.
