Customer Reviews

Aide came only one day and left one hour early then no showed the next day but had us sign that she was there that hour. Aide needed to be told several times repeatedly of what needed to be done on care plan. And she did not do many things. Spent a lot of time sitting on couch using her iPhone. She told her supervisor she refused to come back to our house.
