Wise Choice
My mother has lived at Regal Park for 1 year and 3 months and it is with tears of appreciation I share. The staff is amazing and are true angels on earth. [Removed] a care giver in the evenings never stops she smiles ,she hugs, she tells all her patients how happy they make her this is amazing. The Director is so involved and hands on first time I've seen a nurse in that position and think it's amazing. The chef comes out and involves himself with the wellbeing of the patient beyond food which is again amazing. I'm glad I picked Regal Park as a place my mom could call home because they really are family to her.

Regal Park Boynton Beach is terrible
Do not put anyone you care about in Regal Park-Boynton Beach.
We have had multiple issues with the staff not monitoring my mom's hygiene. We've found her sitting in wet pants, dirty hair, etc.
We've called and complained and have been told multiple times that the manager will call and she NEVER does.
They are very understaffed and have now sent us a letter saying they are raising the monthly rates with 4 days notice.
Find someplace else, this is not the place

Regal Park highly recommended
My mother has lived at Regal Park for over a year now. She is very much loved and cared for. I suggest this place for anyone that wants their mom or dad to feel loved and to receives daily hugs.
She is not just another number she really is treated like family. The staff there are very caring and very happy. They keep my mom very clean and they often give her manicures for free because she loves to receive hand massages and to get her nails manicured.
I am at peace knowing my mom is in a safe place that acts like family and treats everyone like family..
The Greatest Assisted Living place
Regal was an amazing place. At first I was a little hesitant as I pulled up in the parking lot. It is back down a long street off of 2 major thoroughfares. Once inside I didn't want to leave. I even stayed for the singing that was going on.
This place is ALIVE and every one -workers and patients are so happy. Many workers came up to me and introduced themselves. Even some patients talked to me. Not one person was dirty our smelled of urine. I couldn't believe it. I even saw the director hugging and kisses the patients. You can tell they are loved, when she hugged one many started yelling for her. It was a very happy thing to experience.
The rooms were spotless, this place felt like home. When I got in my car I didn't have that pee smell on me that I had when I saw other places. My mom will be moving in to this place in January. The building is old but it looks great and the most important thing to me is the love the caretakers gave to their patience. I 100% recommend this place over any Taj mahal!

Didn't like their choice of TV shows for dementia patients
I visited when I was looking for someplace for my dad. They told me that most residents (even those not in the memory care unit) have some level of dementia, and I think the facilities and the staff are set up properly for that. The management seemed very educated on issues with dementia and the CNAs seemed pleasant, but I didn't see anyone interacting with the residents.
What turned me off was the TV programs they were watching in the main area. Soap operas and news is what I saw, for people with dementia (which seemed to be everyone in the living room)? They say that people vote on what channel to watch, and I don't see how that can possibly result in appropriate shows for those who can't really express themselves. Things I choose for my dad have simple plots and sometimes some sort of physical comedy. He would zone out complete with soap operas and news.

Touring
I toured this facility and it was a beautiful experience.
The staff there was so very caring and interacting with the residents. It was a very clean facility and the residents all seemed very happy.
The administrator was very attentive and very caring. My mom will be living here for sure.

So Far Everything Is Well
So far everything is working out very well for my mother. They are taking good care of her and her needs. It is a nice looking community, from what I've seen everything looks clean and neat. They have a great staff here, and Jeffrey the assisted director is amazing and very supportive. She is trying a few activities. Overall I know she is safe and receiving great care. I would recommend this community.

Where have you guys been all my life?
Great place - the staff actually cares and takes the extra step to help the residents with their needs. Finally, a reliable assisted living facility.

Clean and homelike
We really enjoyed visiting this community. This building has been completely renovated in the recent years and looks remarkable. The new finishes make the building feel homelike and welcoming, unlike other places we've toured. Btw the staff was great as well.

good and adequate
Seems good and a very adequate place. She can't participate in any activities because she has dementia. It is a little expensive for us, but it is the cheapest place we could find.

I Recommend Regal Park
My mother has been at Regal for about a year. The facility is located just off I-95 and Gateway so it if very convenient to stop to visit my mom. The staff are always friendly and compassionate. We visit often so we observe meal times and activities. Our mother is happy and has made some special friends at Regal and we feel relieved that she is in a safe place with caring people who attend to her needs. I have experiences with several nursing homes/Assisted living facilities over the years and can say that Regal Park is decent as far as the care goes. I do think they should put more emphasis on cleaning. The food is just ok as it is in every other place I have seen. Not better, not worse. All of the employees know the residents by name and treat the people with respect. It is a huge job that calls on angels to perform.

They seem to be very good.
The only issue so far is that they haven't got our phones hooked up yet, but they are remodeling still so hopefully that will get done soon. Other than that, they seem to be very good. Everyone is friendly, and they take good care. She loves the food and gets plenty of it. I did order her a paper and someone comes along and snatches it before she can get to it, every now and then.
