Nashoba Park, a Volunteer of America senior community, is a historic renovation of the former Ayer Community Hospital. It is nestled in the heart of the Historic District on the hilltop just above downtown Ayer, MA. Nashoba Park offers local seniors service-enriched Assisted Living in a comfortable residential setting. Nashoba Park, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and their community courtyard is a Certified Wildlife Habitat.

Nashoba Park was established by the nonprofit Volunteers of America, the nation's largest nonprofit provider of affordable housing for the elderly. We also serve other Massachusetts communities a bit farther away, including Fitchburg, Leominster, Clinton, Gardner and Athol.
