Customer Reviews

Too big, a lot of mental residents
Not a great location..

Lauderhill Manor did not give one of the their residents their medication then sent them to the hospital for not taking their medicine where they were Baker Acted. While they were in the hospital they evicted them. The person was released from the hospital with no shoes, money or home. Someone went to Lauderhill Manor twice to retrieve their items and Lauderhill Manor refused to release them even though they called ahead of time. They still do not have their items.

We chose this facility because it is very nice and was a good value.

We chose this facility because it is very nice and was a good value. I haven't had any complaints about the food. They keep it clean, the staff are friendly. They seem to have a good variety of activities for all different interests.

avg price $2,200 per month. Reviews generally negative

They are about average.

They are about average. They all have an odor but this is no more or less than others. The carpet needs to be replaced, and some deferred maintenance kind of things. The management staff is pretty aloof, but the daily staff is pretty good. The food seems to be ok.

liked the facility, especially the activities director who led the tour and treated the residents beautifully. Liked the facilities, variety of activities, personal attention, etc.

Not a great choice

I have a family member live in this place and he is treated like a second had citizen. The owner has been in there room at least three times a week finding complaints about the roommate. He has a companion dog and keeps it with him and he complains that the dog being inside when it doesnt make a sound. Not a place that is very wheel chair friendly. If you have a choice send your family member somewhere else. there is no activities for the resident exce0p maybe bingo.

Wasn't Happy There

There was an entire shake up in the entire place. She wasn't happy there so we moved her. They had a new owner and he was not pleasant in the way that he treated the employees. When we were there it was the Courtyards of Inverrary, and they've changed the name.

Not really impressed with it. Also Linda Horvath is no longer there

There was entertainment in ...

There was entertainment in the lobby when we arrived - a woman singing. She was so loud, I had to write our names on a piece of paper for the receptionist. I understand hearing issues with elderly people, but this was ridiculous. Did not find the facility to be clean, and was unimpressed with the tour provided by Wendy in Linda's absence.
