Lakefront Oaks Estate is located outside the Western Sierra foothill community of historic Placerville, in El Dorado County, CA. Only 5 miles north of Highway 50, the Estate is forty miles east of Sacramento and 68 miles west of Lake Tahoe. In fact, for visiting families, the San Francisco bay area is only a 2 1/2 hour drive or better yet, a 10 minute detour off Highway 50 if you’re on the way for a weekend in Tahoe. Secluded in the gated community of Greenstone Country - with 24/7 video recorded access - the Estate is surrounded by a lake and expansive oak tree grove.
