Customer Reviews

A tour for family

This was a nice tour that I highly liked. The community is an older home and not fancy. I liked the staff a lot and the other residents were very nice. This community was further away then what we wanted. I would have moved my mother here for the care and feel other families would be happy with the care here.

Really good experience with Hice's Home

I chose Hice's Home because the care giver explained how they really want families involved here. There is more of a family type atmosphere than other places, and there are always people coming and going, visiting their loved ones.

From the Community

HiceÆs Home is located in North Highlands, CA and is situated between the Fremont Weir State Wildlife Area and Folsom Lake. Our assisted living and dementia care community is a little warmer than most, as we allow our residents to keep their furry friends when they move in. This allows our residents to feel more at ease from their first day in HiceÆs Home. Our residents enjoy scheduled activities designed to keep their senses and mental faculties sharp, while encouraging socialization between seniors. Wheelchair accessible showers ensure that our residents are able to remain independent without sacrificing convenience or safety. Our caring assisted living staff takes a vested interest in the comfort and safety of our residents, while providing a positive and cheerful environment. Senior living is a transition, but allowing our residents to bring a cherished pet companion helps make the transition easier. Your parents are important, and we take pride in providing a safe environment for seniors who need assistance.
