Customer Reviews

Feels Like Home

Glencrest Manor has done a great job caring for my loved one. The staff here is extremely helpful, patient, and willing to work with you. It is clean, with no smell, and I like that it's a home that was converted into a care facility, It is decorated like a home, and it doesn't feel institutional at all. They don't have many activities, but they serve home cooked meals three times a day, and I know my loved one is receiving all the care and attention she needs.

While we were unable to visit this facility in person, after discussing the details of their program, we felt Mom needed a situation more specifically geared toward her dementia care.

Everything They Do Is Fine To Us

I would recommend this community to my friends or family for the excellent care they have been providing for my mom. She has been great and she tells me she loves it here. The meals and activities are very good. The staff communicate with me often. I can tell they are taking really good care of her. It is a good place for my mom.

Glencrest Manor

Glencrest Manor is a wonderful home for my 89 year old mother. My mother is given loving care and is very happy.

Clean community with compassionate staff

My mother moved here recently and she's doing great! It's a clean and bright community. I chose them because they responded so quickly and were friendly and patient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Best

My mother spent 1 1/2 years at Glencrest Manor. She passed away 2 weeks ago. She always told me "you picked the best place". Her passing was very difficult but I tell you - the love and caring for her by the owner - Maria, her sister, and all the caregivers was amazing. Her last days she was unresponsive and she was in palliative/hospice care. The caregiver actually stayed in her room on the couch just to make sure she was comfortable and wouldn't be alone. He was there with her last breath at 1115 pm. Maria stayed with me and my sister while we went thru the post death legalities the palliative nurses wouldn't do. I am eternally grateful for compassion given to my mother and my family.
Thank you will never be enough to express my gratitude.

Great place

This is a great place with wonderful caring people. They take to doctors appts - which can be a lot. My mother is not going into dementia easily and they are very patient with her. She has always been very independent and is not giving up her control easily. There isn't a lot for her to do there - the other patients are not very engaged. The main thing is she is safe and well cared for.
