I am hopeful that this is the one! Nazie and her mother, Miriam appear to have loving hearts and the residence best interest in mind. I will continue to provide feedback as I experience this chapter of Mom's life and hopefully change from a 'good' rating to 'fabulous'! Crossing my fingers.

From the Office

Finding quality senior living assistance begins with a high quality staff and an ambient living environment that is built for easy navigation for elderly residents. The Dayspring Senior Home is located just two and a half miles outside of Rockville, Maryland, which is centrally located and very accessible to families maintaining regular visiting relationships. What you will find in this integrated, assisted-living senior care program is care-focused independent living and a dignified life style. We are known for our specialized care that allows senior citizens to thrive at their highest possible functioning level for as long as possible. The Dayspring Senior Home recognizes that exceptional care-givers know the difference between Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. Each require treatments that must be specific to every residents' individual level of functioning, and are evaluated in accordance with their physical and emotional needs. Alzheimer's patients require increased levels of assisted living care: help with medications, bathing, grooming, eating, dressing, secured areas to prevent wandering (a symptom of this disease), and larger staffing to resident ratio needed for level of care for daily living assistance. We pride ourselves on the exceptional care our full staff provides the elderly in our community. Families can feel assured that their loved ones are receiving high quality professional care while enjoying the social benefits of living with people that share their interests and abilities.
