Country Meadows of South Hills - Bridgeville, PA has yet not published prices.
Need to be a little wider!
I was able to tour this community and I felt like it was very informative. The staff really gave me a good look at what they have to offer. I did see that the hall ways were narrow and I felt that they did not offer enough amenities.
Looks nice but I wouldn't want to live there.
Both my mother and my stepfather spent several years in the assisted living building, and since my stepfather passed, and my mother has deteriorated, she resides in the nursing center. The problems at Country Meadows are the same as at any for-profit facility.
Although the nurses are very good - compassionate and professional - they are overextended. The aides are understaffed, underpaid and somewhat surly. Many times my mother is still in her nightclothes until after lunch, and has had to wait as long as 45 minutes to be helped to the bathroom.
On the other hand, the physical plant is very nice and well-maintained.
