Customer Reviews

Went downhill fast

Was once one of the finest in Fort Worth. Acquired by a corporation and, after a year or so, began implementing new procedures. This included cutting the nursing staff by approximately 50%. It got to where the family had to ask for everything, you could expect nothing to be done automatically. While the service and cleanliness tanked, the prices remained in line with the best facilities in town. One of the nurses even told me she wouldn't put one of her family members there. All the good nurses have gone now.

Think twice before you send someone here

If you go here for rehab you will probably get pretty good care. The physical therapists are good and they monitor the nurses. If you go here for long-term care I believe that you will be sorry. I was. Some of the nurses are great. Some of the caregivers are very compassionate. The problem is that the compassionate ones don’t seem to stay around very long. The nurses may be a little bit lazy – OK a lot lazy. They didn’t bother to order the correct medications for my husband or through the correct entity. They sent my husband he was in hospice to Hospital. I begged them not to do it but they sent him anyway. I complained about nurses that I thought were dangerous to my husband and upper management did not remove them from his care. Some of the people are absolutely lovely but they cannot control the ones who are lazy and irresponsible. They ordered drugs for m I complained about nurses that I thought were dangerous to my husband and upper management did not remove them from his care. Some of the people are absolutely lovely but they cannot control the ones who are Lazy and irresponsible. The problem is it’s very difficult to find even adequate nursing care for your loved one here in Tarrant County. The last place I reviewed for this website got five stars. They deserved that. I moved my loved one because Stonegate only deserves one star

NOT RECOMMENDING

Run! My brother was near death when we had him removed and transferred. He was smiling but his health was deteriorating! The hospital saved his life. Emerald hills is a Stonegate facility so I would never use anyone for another family member. The corporate staff was manipulative and nursing home staff lied regularly. Just a warning

Just Wonderful!

Thank you for having such a well run place and for being so kind to my husband - you people are wonderful!
