Liked the home. Unfortunately there is only an opening for a woman.

Fairly close location in a nice residential neighborhood. Backs to trees. Saw residents and caregivers. Residents were my father's age and above. All dressed and groomed nicely and appeared happy. Saw menu-good variety of food. Only negatives are room is in the basement and would have to share. Bathroom was small. Stairs are steep and numerous.. Owner is willing to put a chair lift on stairs but stairway is already narrow.

Very nice staff. More expensive than Sunrise at Ivey Ridge and it has a strong air freshener scent that was a little annoying for me

I liked it here, but the bed was small and the space was only for two people. Not sure if she would want that but the space is just a bed and a place to store cloths.

very nice house. more rural area than where she is now (not sure if that's good or bad, but it's definitely further from Kaiser, her insurance). sorry to say that the whole experience kind of soured her to staying there, but i'm not sure i would have fallen in love with either house if she hadn't been there.
