Have a backup plan cause they back out.
After several pleasant phone calls with administration, my Mom was set to transfer to Harrington on Friday. Then on Friday they said they wanted to wait until Saturday. On Saturday they said she could not be accepted until Monday. All of a sudden all communication stopped and they no longer return my calls of the calls of Faulkner hospital. On Monday after delaying us several days they ultimately backed out thru a email. Extremely unprofessional.
