Daily/Weekly Services Include:

* Alzheimer s & Dementia Care
* Bathing, dressing & grooming
* Meal planning and preparation
* Medication reminders
* Skin, denture, incontinence care
* Laundry & housekeeping
* Transportation to doctors and shopping (using Clients vehicle/ 0.54 per mile using CG vehicle)
* Assistance with ambulation and exercises
* Aid with reading
* Stimulate mental awareness
* Gardening, care for plants and pets
* Play games and cards
* Supervise home maintenance
* Mail bills and letters

- 3 hr Minimum - 24 hr live-in
