Chicagoland Caregivers assists seniors to remain independent in their homes by providing professionally managed Caregivers and Case Managers. A Client Assessment interview is first conducted with potential clients to learn about the medical conditions and care needs. A consistent caregiver, who will meet the qualifications for the care, is assigned to each client. All caregivers are employees of Chicagoland Caregivers and trained for each assignment. In addition, caregivers attend on-going training seminars on age-related diseases. Chicagoland Caregivers provides customized tools for caregiver interaction for clients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease. Caregivers maintain a documentation log of the care. Chicagoland Caregivers also provides informative Senior News Alerts to keep client’s aware of local senior events and issues. Chicagoland Caregivers is independently owned and operated and will connect clients with all services needed to assist them to remain safely in their home. Chicagoland Caregivers maintains membership in the National Private Duty Association and in keeping with membership standards provides background screening and reference checks on all employees as part of the hiring process. All caregivers are employees of Chicagoland Caregivers and actively managed. Chicagoland Caregivers provides part-time care, full-time care and 24-hour, live-in service.
