Customer Reviews

Nothing good at Warren Park

I have been a patient here but never again. If one knows who they are and where they are, please, don't come here. One has no rights; a patient is quickly stripped of any independence and dignity they might have had. You are constantly being told to"'go to your room." Medication errors are common. Medical care is nonexistent. Patients have tried calling 911for help but to no avail. Filth is acceptable - from dirty showers, dried urine on the floor and beds (mattresses are not wiped down before (and if) bedding is changed, insects breed here and rodents have been seen. Passing the buck plus lying is constant. The food? If patients have money, they will call a local eatery and have food delivered (very expensive). Theft? Patients usually do not [Removed] from each other, the staff does the[Removed]. Vey few speak clear English - most talk is in their native tongue. Angry? !!

Waiting For Things To Get Better

Staff told them they would help with counseling, therapy, and excellent services. Dad thinks he does not do much therapy, I was unable to talk with therapist. It does not feel like i have a good communication, always talking to someone different. This places acts like it's hard to do anything. I know they are renovating but it could be better.

Horrible place

As a former resident, if I could give this zero stars, I would. The rooms are decrepit and dirty. The staff are all foreign speaking and rude. The food is atrocious, and there are residents who are allowed to smoke in the non-smoking building. If you care about your loved one, steer clear of this pit.

From the Community

Warren Park Nursing Pavilion is available every day with a wide-range of services. Providing a variety of helpful elder services, such as medication reminders, light housekeeping, and groooming assistance, in-home care professionals are available around-the-clock. Some seniors, as they age and begin to need assistance, simply do not wish to leave the place they’ve called home for many years.
