Customer Reviews

I was not impressed.

This agency was one that worked with the residents in my loved one's community. They are very unorganized, and had very little information. We needed someone to come and remind her about her medication, and the best they could do was have one call her from Seattle and remind her. When we went for our interview, they weren't ready for us, and the person who was supposed to talk to us wasn't there. When she got there she wasn't apologetic, and didn't really seem to know what was going on.

More medically skilled staff

They had a more educated staff and more nursing care, but my father in law doesn't need medical. As far as the medicine, we put them in a container and he takes them, he doesn't need help showering or anything like that, it's just companionship and getting him out of the house.
When they came out to visit us, they really impressed me but everything she was talking about was more lvn and they were 3 dollars more so we figured we'd save a little money and go with something else.
