Right at Home is 5 star!
We are very pleased with the level of care for our Mom. The nurse on duty (Heather) is a dream she is always there if we have a question. We find that the caretaker ,Laura, is very thorough and pleasant, our Mom just thinks she is tops! She is gentle, kind and loving toward our Mom and we have noticed Mom smiling more, talking more and walking more. (She had a stroke years ago and needs 24 hr. care.) We live 6 hrs. away and it is a blessing to have this wonderful team taking care of Mom. The agency "Right at Home" is owned by a married couple that are compassionate and will work with you if there are any changes needed in care. We are more than satisfied with "Right at Home." We were referred to them by "A place for Mom" and I would recommend them highly as a tool for finding just the right care situation in your town. Thanks, Donna.
The care coordinator is outstanding.
The care coordinator is outstanding. We get the same caregivers, so it's not always someone different. We haven't had any trouble with attendance, or having to get replacements. They have made the transition really easy for us. I picked them because of the professionalism, and the level of comfort with the care providers. We knew that if we ever wanted to have a different caregiver, they would be able to accommodate that, though we haven't needed to.
The Sonoma County, California office of Right at Home Inc., is a locally owned and operated franchise office, an adult/senior home care company providing care since 1995. Our mission is To improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.
Caregivers focus on helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while assisting with a variety of everyday tasks.
Our caregivers are thoroughly screened using top-notch profiling tools and background checks. Then we take care of the bonding, insurance, and responsibility for oversight. Our orientation process insures that our caregivers clearly understand how to meet our client’s needs in a respectful and compassionate manner. We ask ourselves, “Would this be a person that I would want taking care of my mom/dad?” We only choose those that we can answer wholeheartedly, “YES!”
Clients and their families use our services for many reasons:
•Assistance for a loved one who can no longer stay alone
•Short-Term support at home after a hospital stay
•Respite care to relieve family caregivers
•Extra care in an assisted living facility, nursing home, or hospital
All cases are supervised by a Registered Nurse with a written Care Plan.
