Customer Reviews

pleasant experience overall

the only reason for the middle of the road rating for the activities category is solely because my father-in-law was not able to stay there after all due to his own medical conditions. Aside from activities which I do not have any knowledge about, the facility was wonderful in helping us to complete the process, get registered, transferred and everything required up until he was there for four short hours and then had to go back to the hospital. I would definitely recommend the facilityfor anyone who needs such services.

My mother had an awesome experience here and they treated her like family. The staff was real friendly and hard working. My mother lived it at queen of hearts. I would reccomend this place. RN owned facility and a real chef in the kitchen. A+

Not a locked dementia area.

Would Not Recommend

I wouldn't recommend that. They really don't have trained staff. The cleanliness and Maxine's personal hygiene and care wasn't good. She wasn't always real clean and sometimes she would have a jacket on but no shirt or anything underneath. The food was an issue there because they don't give them enough to eat as far as I'm concerned. Dinner might be a little tiny cup of soup and half a sandwich. It was never a full, hot meal.
