Patient Care, Inc. has been providing home care services in New Jersey since 1975. Our office is licensed by the Division of Consumer Affairs as a Health Care Service Firm. We are also accredited by Joint Commission on Accrdiatation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) and Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). We provide services 24 hours a day, seven day a week. All of our staff are thoroughly screened and insured. We offer a free nursing evaluations of home care needs for those individuals/families who may not know what level of services to choose. We offer services via private pay, through various insurance plans and We are also an approved Medicaid provider.
