Swan Rd., 1st street S of Grant - Edison is E off of Swan (right behind shopping center). Visited on 1/20 at 12:30pm. Met one of the aids (2 aids, 1 cook). I was there at meal time, so residents were sitting around dining table eating a nice soup. One was sitting at another table. 9 ladies, 1 is bed-ridden and 1 was hiding in the living room. All hallways spacious with handrails on walls. Large bathroom w/ a walk-in shower, and they assist with bathing. I was shown 2 rooms that were being vacated - both very small. The bathroom was closest to the smaller bedroom. Private rooms, 1 is 2600, the other 2700/month. No cable. 3 meals & 3 snacks/day. Large backyard and porch, not much landscape, one resident uses the back porch for smoking. I noticed wroght-iron fencing sitting upright leaning inside the back porch, and thought that was kind of unsafe. Monthly visits from a nurse and therapist. Book, puzzles, and word search books for activity. Wasn't asked if I had questions. I felt I was rushed, but it was a busy time of day when I was there.
