The community, which is managed by BMA Management, Ltd., is conveniently located on the south side of Hwy. 161, east of Airport Rd., in Centralia, Illinois.
The home of Kaskaskia College, Centralia is located in the far southwestern portion of Marion County, 10 miles north of I-64 and 10 miles west of I-57, with portions of the City located in Clinton County.

Affordable Assisted Living Apartments
The Affordable Assisted Living Apartments at Heritage Woods of Centralia are designed for adults 65 and older of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence. They offer a wonderful alternative to struggling alone at home or to skilled nursing care, especially for those who cannot afford private pay assisted living.
Private studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans are available.Three meals a day plus snacks; housekeeping and laundry services; health monitoring; nursing assessments; help with medications; and assistance with activities of daily living are among the services included in the surprisingly affordable monthly fee.
Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the personal assistance needed by residents. They work under the direction of the community’s licensed nursing staff.
