Helping Hand Caregivers' mission is to help clients remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. HHC caregivers help clients maintain a sense of familiarity and dignity in their surroundings, and help to relieve families from the over whelming responsibility of providing care for an aging loved one.

An initial in-home evaluation is conducted by our Client Care Coordinator to determine client's needs. A written care plan is prepared, coordinating client needs with doctor’s orders, nurses, and the caregiver. A daily log is maintained and kept at the client's home for immediate referral. Re-assessments are made as client needs change. Family is always notified of any changes.
