Customer Reviews

Care and patience

This is a nice community. the staff is excellent and very helpful. We hope that the staff understand about the patients with demenshia because it can be difficult. The food is wonderful and he is happy with it. No activities were offered. I would recommend this to others, even thought activities are not offered.

They are wonderful!

They are wonderful! They are absolutely fantastic. They are so nice, so clean, and nice and, friendly. They take you to the bathroom. They get up in the middle of night. They feed you by hand. There is an outside area with flowers and a covered cabana. There are rose bushes. The whole street is unrestricted parking.

We are extremely happy.

We are extremely happy. They are very caring and very attentive. They are great, and they do a great job. The food seems to be good. I don't have any complaints. They do great across the board.

Happy So Far

My dad has only been there a few days. Right now we're very pleased with it. He likes it so far. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. I think the cost is in line with what is out there for that type of housing. The care is very good. It's a homey place. It's well maintained. It feels like your own house, the gardens being very nice. it's got a good feel about it. The owner follows up and calls you. So for right now, we're very happy!

Would Have Been a Good Choice

That looked very nice. They are associated with UCLA which is a mile or so away so there is excellent care. While we were there one of the residents was sitting in the couch and she kind of started to yell loudly and one of the caregivers - there are always 2 during the day - went right over and sat with here and talked softly to her and she calmed right down. It didn't feel like a show they put on for us. It was just what they did. I think my mom would have been comfortable there but she chose to stay in Texas.
