Dronca Home Care is a small assisted living facility located in Portland, Oregon nestled between Brentwood City Park and Berkeley Park. We pride ourselves on our individualized attention and personalized care as our capacity is for just five seniors at a time. We have three private rooms with their own bathroom as well as two private rooms with a shared bathroom. It is our goal to provide residents with a home-like lifestyle as we encourage them to be active whenever possible and invite their families to visit. At Dronca Home Care, we offer a variety of services to our elderly residents. Originally founded as an adult foster care home, we are able to provide assistance with activities of daily living along with all necessary care for our individual residents. We specialize in caring for critically ill residents and hospice care as well as dementia and AlzheimerÆs. Our fully licensed and insured facility also assists with medication management, incontinence care, and everything else our residents need. We follow all physicianÆs instructions and encourage the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents. Something that we do especially well at Dronca Home Care is provide three healthy, home-cooked meals each and every day. These meals are all cooked from scratch and we are happy to prepare food for a specific diet such as those who are gluten free, low sodium, low sugar, vegetarian, etc. The meals are prepared along with snacks such as homemade pastries that make the entire home smell delicious. During the warm weather, meals are often served on our spacious back deck to encourage residents to spend time outdoors. We provide a true home-like environment with a cozy fireplace, collection of books, birthday and holiday celebrations, arts and crafts projects, home cooked meals, and so much more. We will provide the best possible care for your loved one.
