Patient Care, Inc. has been providing home care services for more than twenty-five years. Our office is licensed as a Homemaker-Home Health Aide Agency by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health. We are also accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). We provide services 24 hours a day, seven day a week. All of our staff are thoroughly screened and insured. We offer a free nursing evaluation of home care needs for those individuals/families who may not know what level of services to choose. Nurses are on-call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We offer services via private pay and various insurance plans.
